This knife pattern was offered by Solingen's cutlery maker Robert Klaas (kissing crane brand) in two handle options both with white celluloid and with black celluloid handle slabs,
the blade style was clip point (as yours) or with a blunt tip as illustrated on the link, showing a cut out of a 1950s Klaas sales catalog.
