Es gibt dieses Jahr (wieder) ein Treffen in Amsterdam.

General Information:

Spyderco Amsterdam preview show held Sunday March 13th in the afternoon from 15.00 hrs ‘till 18.00 hrs.

All are invited and welcome. PM or E-mail me in order to be added to the list.

Location: Café MARITIEM, Kattenburgerplein 39, 1018 KK, Amsterdam.

The Kattenburgerplein is directly in front of the “Scheepvaart Museum”- “the Naval Museum”.

Directions:

Public transportation

Travel by train to the Amsterdam Central Station.

Bus lines:

22/43 are leaving from the CS and will take you to the Kattenburgerplein. Ask the driver for the Scheepvaart Museum. (stop 3).
42 leaves from the bridge left of the /cs and will take you to the Kattenburgerstraat(!). also very close to the Scheepvaart Museum. Get off at the “Marine complex” (stop 3). Walk straight to the Museum and cross the square to find the Café MARITIEM.


By Car:
1. From Highways A1, A2, A8 and A9 get on the A10. (same for all)
2. From A1, A2, and A9 drive East and take turn off #: S114 - Zeeburg.
3. Take the “Zuiderzeeweg” into the city and take the “Piet Hein “ tunnel.
4. When out of the tunnel turn right at the lights.
5. At the 2nd light turn Left onto “Kattenburgerstraat”.
6. The Scheepvaart Museum is at the end of the street the Café MARITIEM is located at your left.
7. Free parking on the Kattenburgerstraat on Sundays(!).

From Highway A8 also turn East
1. Take turn off # : S-116 Centrum.
2. Take the “IJ tunnel” to “Centrum”.
3. When at the end of the tunnel turn right but keep the LEFT lanes – direction “Scheepvaart Museum”.
4. At the lights (in the left lanes) you enter the “Prins Hendrikkade”.
5. You will see the Museum at you left. Cross the bridge and go straight onto the Kattenburgerstraat. (Free parking on Sunday’s).
6. Walk back to the Kattenburgerplein (across from the Museum) and look for the Café MARITIEM.
