very nice! Did you have some of them DLC coated? Do you have some information on the steel available?

Steel : blade with hamon is Aogami (Blue paper) knives with sambar handle and steel W2 for knives with G10 handle. They have Dlc coating
Other knives steel are D2, N690 for kiri, sverker21 for comet. I love to use different steel.
On my table I've more knives with Dlc coating
