@JoBe

Dear Mr. XXX

No.
The coating is not harmful in food preparation. We have a few chefs even that use the knives every day. Mike

Subject: Coating on your knives
Dear Mr. Randall,
dear Mr. Perrin,
first of all, sorry for my bad english. I am from germany and registered in a big knife forum here.
Since a few days we have a hot discussion about the coating on your knives.
A member asked, if there could be any problems with the preparation of food.
So here my main question. Is the used coating harmful for humans, if some small particles get in the food.
A short statement from you would be very useful.
Thank you and best regards
XXX
PS: Keep up the great work. Your knives are just great!!!
